About Matthew

Matthew Deshaye has been with Dunn & Associates since 2010 and has defended clients charged with impaired driving, drug offences, serious personal injury offences and weapons offences. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Manitoba in 2010, where he received the Irvin Goldman Prize for top academic performance in criminal law, after completing an undergraduate degree in Justice Studies at Mount Royal College in 2006. Before law school he worked as a clerk at Calgary's Provincial Criminal Court, and he now serves as an executive member of the Criminal Defence Lawyers' Association in Calgary.
