W. Brent Gough, KC, carries on a general practice with emphasis on construction law, administrative law, and civil litigation. He has argued cases before all levels of court in Saskatchewan, the Federal Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of Canada, and various administrative tribunals including the Immigration Appeal Board and Immigration and Refugee Board. He serves as an Inquest Coroner within the province and as a practice advisor for the Law Society of Saskatchewan, and has held several positions with the Law Society, including President.
