About Jacey

Jacey Safnuk is a senior associate at Procido LLP in Saskatoon, practicing estate administration, estate planning, civil litigation, debt enforcement, and municipal law. She advises clients on drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, and guides executors and beneficiaries through probate and estate administration disputes. Jacey also maintains a broad litigation practice, including insolvency and municipal law matters, and has appeared before the Saskatchewan Court of King's Bench, the Court of Appeal, and various tribunals. She has acted as counsel to numerous municipalities on bylaw enforcement and assessment appeals, and to Canadian banks on foreclosure and insolvency matters. Jacey graduated with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan's College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the same university. She is a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association.
