About David

David Hnatyshyn, KC, is the firm's senior partner and has practiced law for over 50 years. His career is now concentrated in corporate and commercial law, wills and estate law, and real estate, and he has appeared before all levels of court in Saskatchewan as well as the Tax Court of Canada. He is a registered Federal Trademark Agent with an interest in entrepreneurship and intellectual property, and received a Queen's Counsel designation in 2006. He is a strong community volunteer, having served on the boards of the YMCA, Saskatoon Services for Seniors, and the Saskatchewan Heart Centre.
