About Ellen

Ellen Fitzgerald is an associate at McDougall Gauley's Saskatoon office, practising general litigation across civil, criminal, estate, and insurance matters. She joined the firm in 2022 after clerking at the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal and has appeared before all levels of Saskatchewan court. She volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada throughout law school and completed part of her degree in French. Ellen earned a Bachelor of Arts in French from the University of Saskatchewan in 2017, a certificate in common law in French from the University of Ottawa in 2021, and a Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 2021. She was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 2022.
