About Mackinley

Mackinley Sim is a litigation associate at McDougall Gauley's Regina office, concentrating on civil and commercial litigation, construction matters, and class actions. Before joining the firm in 2022, he worked as a law clerk at the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal under three justices. He has appeared before all levels of Saskatchewan court and the Federal Court of Canada. Mackinley earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with great distinction from the University of Regina in 2018 and a Juris Doctor with great distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 2021, and was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 2022.
