About Donald
Donald McIver, KC, is a lawyer and mediator who has practiced law in Saskatchewan for over 40 years, joining the firm after completing a BComm in 1977 and LLB in 1979, both at the University of Saskatchewan. He has been a practicing mediator since 1987 and is a member of Mediation Saskatchewan, and was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2016. His practice concentrates on family law issues involving family property, custody and access, and child and spousal support, and he regularly volunteers at the legal advice clinic at Community Legal Assistance Services for Saskatoon Inner City (CLASSIC).
