About W.

W. Alex Baird began his articles with Campbell Lea in May 2014 and became a partner in January 2024. He earned a BA from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2007 and a Juris Doctor from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2014. Alex practices in litigation, corporate transactions, secured financing, business law, trust law, real estate law, and administrative law. He served 19 years as a non-commissioned member of the Royal Canadian Navy and is a member of the Law Society of Prince Edward Island, the Canadian Bar Association, and Innocence Canada.
