About Sean
Sean M. Kelly became a partner of Campbell Lea in 2026. He earned a BA in anthropology and economics from UPEI in 1995 and completed his law degree at UNB in 2000, articling with Campbell Lea and being called to the bar of Prince Edward Island in 2001 (later also called in Yukon and British Columbia). Sean practiced with Campbell Lea before joining the litigation group of a large international law firm and later opening his own litigation and dispute boutique in Kelowna, British Columbia, before returning to Campbell Lea. He helps clients resolve complex disputes involving business, land, insurance, and governance through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and hearings, and has appeared before courts and tribunals in Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Yukon, British Columbia, Alberta, and the Federal Court of Canada.
