About Vishal
Vishal Janda joined Pace Law as a family lawyer with a litigation background, blending negotiation skills with courtroom experience and formal alternative dispute resolution training. He aims to resolve family disputes efficiently, using out-of-court arrangements where possible and turning to litigation when needed. He completed a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations at the University of Toronto before earning his LLB from the University of Ottawa in 2002, and he was called to the bar in 2003. His practice covers divorce, parenting issues, child and spousal support, and property division, along with matters involving family violence, and he has appeared before both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice across Southern Ontario.
