About Daniel
Daniel Sandler is Counsel at EY Law LLP and a skilled tax litigation advocate who has represented clients before the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of Canada and provincial superior courts. Before joining EY Law, he was a professor at the Faculty of Law at the University of Western Ontario, teaching tax law from 1995 to 2010, and has served as a consultant to the OECD and the Auditor General of Canada. He was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in Ontario in 1988.
