About Victoria
Victoria is an Associate in WeirFoulds' Corporate Practice Group, where her work spans private equity, corporate and governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, banking and financial services, and cross-border transactions. Before joining the firm she was a summer and articling student at a Toronto commercial law firm, handling transactional work for both private and public companies. She drafts and negotiates secured financing arrangements and complex commercial agreements, and has acted as counsel on deals including Fox River Resources Corporation's C$94.3 million acquisition by Avenir Minerals and The Travel Agent Next Door's acquisition by Travel Counsellors. Victoria earned her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2023, graduating in the top 7% of her class, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2024.
