About Victor
Victor Vogel leads the Estate Litigation team at Vogel LLP after a career spanning over four decades. He has conducted numerous trials, including jury trials, appeared at all levels of Alberta's courts, and acted as counsel in over two hundred Judicial Dispute Resolutions, mediations, and arbitrations. He served on the Law Society of Alberta's Conduct Committee, its Family Law Advisory Committee, and its Practice Review Committee, and helped implement the Civil Mediation Program at the Court of King's Bench. He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2014.
