About Bradley

Smith practises family law, covering parenting disputes, child and spousal support, divorce, property division, common law relationships, adoptions, and appeals. Before being called to the Alberta Bar in 2019, he articled at a Calgary criminal defence firm and served as an editor of the University of Saskatchewan Law Review, where he received the Mary Y. Carter Scholarship in Family Law and the STEP Prize in Wills and Estates.
