Gagan Kaur Sangha is a social justice advocate practising exclusively family law. She holds a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in International Development from Western University and attended Windsor Law, where she organized and protested on issues of anti-Black racism and social justice, and received a Social Justice Fellowship for an internship in Ghana. She articled in criminal defence in Toronto and was called to the Law Society of Upper Canada, later completing an internship in refugee law in Durban, South Africa through the Canadian Bar Association's Young Lawyers International Program. Gagan moved to Calgary in 2012, was called to the Alberta bar that year, and joined Timothy J. Corcoran, with whom she has worked since. She is trained in mediation of family and divorce conflicts, fluent in English and Punjabi, and mentors through the Law Society of Alberta's Mentor Express Program.
