About Valerie
Valerie Munn has practised almost exclusively in disability and insurance litigation since being called to the Bar in 1999, representing both plaintiff and defence sides. She also handles employment law matters, including wrongful and constructive dismissal claims and disputes over just cause for termination. She has trial experience in the Supreme Court of British Columbia, including jury trials, and significant experience resolving matters through mediation. Valerie earned a Bachelor of Arts (1994) and a law degree (1998), both from the University of British Columbia, and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia.
