Chris Dyson has practiced law since 1998 and is a Governor of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia. He handles disputes involving insurance, personal injury, employment and labour law, construction law, and estate disputes, and has experience with class and group actions involving multiple parties. Chris has taken cases to trial rather than settle for lower offers: in a 2021 case he went to a seven-day trial after the other side's last offer of $175,000 and won a judgment of more than $420,000, and in a 2022 case he went to a 15-day trial after an offer of $200,000 and obtained an award of more than $600,000.
