About Tyler

Tyler Swan is an associate at Tapper Cuddy LLP, called to the Manitoba bar in 2022. His practice focuses on dispute resolution in labour, employment, and human rights law, including workplace investigations into harassment, discrimination, and misconduct. Before joining Tapper Cuddy, he practised in British Columbia representing Indigenous governments on constitutional and self-government matters. He also holds a master's degree in law from the University of London and an undergraduate degree from the University of British Columbia.
