About Brett

Brett Williams is the managing partner of Tapper Cuddy LLP, called to the Manitoba bar in 2010. His practice covers the acquisition, development, redevelopment, and disposition of property, including municipal planning, financing, leasing, and registrations, with particular experience drafting condominium declarations and by-laws under Manitoba's condominium legislation. He previously taught in the Manitoba Real Estate Association's re-licensing program and serves on the board of the Sunnyside Child Care Centre. He belongs to the Manitoba Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Canadian Condominium Institute.
