About Elliott
Elliott Goszer has practised family law claims under both provincial and federal legislation for decades, with extensive trial experience emphasizing financial matters and custody litigation. He has instructed and lectured in the bar admission course's family law component and has guest lectured at Robson Hall Law School. He has contributed to legal periodicals and participated in panels, lectures, and continuing legal education seminars, and has appeared before all levels of court in Manitoba as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. He was called to the Manitoba bar in 1984.
