About Tyler

Tyler MacLennan joined Sampson McPhee in 2015 after articling with the firm and practices corporate and commercial law and property law, advising clients on business structuring, corporate restructuring, shareholder disputes, and contracts. He also handles residential and commercial property transactions, taxation, wills and estates, and Aboriginal law matters. Tyler was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2015 and holds a J.D. with a Business Law specialization from Dalhousie University, along with a B.A. (Hons.) from Cape Breton University and a B.Sc. from Dalhousie. Born and raised in Whitney Pier, he is a member of the Nova Scotia and Cape Breton Barristers' Societies.
