About Tyler
Tyler Boggs represents unions, professional associations, civil society organizations and employees across a range of sectors, with a practice centred on labour law, health law, Charter and constitutional law, human rights, and professional regulation and discipline. He provides oral and written advocacy before private arbitrators, labour boards, human rights tribunals and the courts, and has appeared at every level of court in Ontario as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. He also advises institutional clients on matters ranging from litigation strategy and collective agreement disputes to union governance. Tyler has been involved in cases addressing election finance rules, public sector wage restraint legislation, and workplace accommodation and harassment. He holds a JD from the University of Toronto and an HBA in Labour Studies and Political Science from McMaster University, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2017.
