About Marinko

Marinko Jelovic practices corporate commercial law with a particular focus on corporate acquisitions and re-organizations, corporate finance, and corporate governance, serving clients from small family-owned businesses to national companies to Indigenous-owned enterprises. He chairs the Canadian Bar Association Saskatchewan Business Law North Section, formerly served as a director of the Good Food Junction Co-operative, and is a member of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Saskatoon.
