Employment & Labour LawMeghan Ross practices construction law at TDS, acting for owners, contractors, design professionals and insurers. She regularly handles complex disputes involving breach of contract, negligence, liens, breach of trust, cost overruns, delays and deficiencies, and she advises parties across the construction industry on contracts and professional design agreements to help manage risk before disputes arise. Meghan co-teaches the construction law course at the University of Manitoba and frequently leads programs for industry associations. She chairs the TDS Litigation Practice Group and sits on the firm's Student Committee. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba (2012) and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from the University of Winnipeg (2008), and was called to the bar in Manitoba in 2013 and in Nunavut in 2016.
