About Trevor

Trevor Kestle is a partner at Miller Maki LLP who practises family law exclusively, handling matters involving custody, visitation, support and equalization of net family property before the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice. Born in Barrie and raised in Greater Sudbury, he earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Law and Justice from Laurentian University in 1999 and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor in 2003, articling with Miller Maki LLP before his call to the bar in July 2004. He has served as a panel lawyer for the Family Responsibility Office since 2009 and as an agent for the Ministry of Community and Social Services and Ontario Works on support matters since 2007. He is active with the Sudbury District Law Association, having served as its president from 2012 to 2013, and is a member of Collaborative Practice Sudbury and the Ontario Collaborative Law Federation.
