About Carol
Carol Hartman is a partner at Miller Maki LLP who practises family law and is certified as both a mediator and a collaborative family law lawyer. Carol earned their LL.B. cum laude from the University of Ottawa in 1985 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1987. Carol is a member of the Advocates' Society and the Women's Law Association of Ontario, and a former bencher of the Law Society of Ontario. Carol previously served as president of the Sudbury District Law Association, chaired Health Sciences North, and was a director at the Family Enrichment Centre.
