About Jordan

Jordan E. Duplessis is a partner at Northern Law LLP whose practice is concentrated in family law, civil litigation, and trademark law. He meets personally with clients and handles matters including divorce, custody, access, support, and property division before the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice. His civil litigation work spans personal injury, estate litigation, contractual disputes, real estate litigation, construction liens, and wrongful death claims, and he has appeared at Small Claims Court, Superior Court of Justice, and Divisional Court. He was called to the bar in 2012, and in 2014 became Sudbury's only trademark agent, representing clients before the Federal Court of Canada in trademark matters. He holds an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa and an Honours B.Sc. in Physics from Laurentian University. He also serves as Vice Chair of the board of Home Hospice North.
