About Nilgiri

Nilgiri Pearson is an associate with Desmarais, Keenan LLP practising family law and child protection law, civil litigation, and immigration law. Nilgiri received their law degree from Trinity College Dublin in Ireland and was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2023, where Nilgiri practised family law, child protection law, and civil litigation before returning to Sudbury, where Nilgiri was born and raised. Nilgiri has appeared before Provincial Court and the Supreme Court in British Columbia, as well as the Ontario Court of Justice and the Ontario Superior Court, and Nilgiri is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Law Society of Ontario.
