About Tracy
Tracy King focuses on estate litigation and contentious estate administrations, advising personal representatives, beneficiaries, and other estate claimants in Alberta. King has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta as well as the Federal Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Appeal. King took a break from practicing law to care for young children and aging parents, later returning to focus on helping families navigate a loved one's declining capacity or death. King holds an Honours B.A. (1989) and an LL.B. with distinction (1995), both from the University of Saskatchewan.
