About Matt

Matt Pruski is a civil litigator in Edmonton with more than 20 years of experience resolving disputes, with a practice that spans all areas of civil litigation and a heavy focus on commercial and construction matters. Pruski earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta in 2000, a Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan in 2004, and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2005. Pruski has represented clients before all levels of court in Alberta and has been involved in resolving disputes over builders' liens, contracts, negligence, professional and product liability, and shareholder conflicts. Pruski has volunteered for 20 years at the Edmonton Community Legal Centre, providing legal information and advice to economically disadvantaged clients, and has served on the boards of registered charities.
