About Tracey

Tracey Durand has led initiatives for clients aimed at tightening legal policies and creating structure to make better use of legal as a resource while reducing costs. She has assessed problems such as underperforming contracts and inconsistent contract administration, and introduced programs that meaningfully improved the efficiency of legal processes. While at Sodexo Canada, Tracey led several corporate social responsibility initiatives designed to align with client goals and requirements, and founded and co-chaired the Aboriginal Relations Committees, which were responsible for creating clear policies and procedures to guide the firm's dealings with Aboriginal business partners, consistent with corporate policy.
