About Tori
Tori Joseph has worked solely in estate litigation ever since her call to the bar, first at a boutique estates litigation firm and now at Arkin Furrow Estate Law LLP. She has a particular focus on power of attorney disputes, dependant support claims, and cases involving questions of capacity. Tori studied psychology at the University of Western Ontario before earning her law degree at Osgoode Hall, where she held leadership roles with the Mental Health Law Society and Family Law Association and took part in a mediation intensive. She has written for The Lawyer's Daily on estate and family law topics and was called to the Ontario bar in 2021.
