She has a particular focus on power of attorney disputes, dependant support claims, and cases involving questions of capacity. Tori studied psychology at the University of Western Ontario before earning her law degree at Osgoode Hall, where she held leadership roles with the Mental Health Law Society and Family Law Association and took part in a mediation intensive.
