Dallas Smith is a partner at Clarke Smith Estabrooks & Miller Law Office, maintaining a broad-based litigation practice with a focus on civil and family matters, along with wills and estates, real estate, and criminal law. Before joining the firm in early 2020, she worked at both large and small private firms and spent seven years in securities litigation at a provincial treasury board crown corporation. Dallas has represented clients before all levels of court in Saskatchewan and the Federal Court of Appeal, and has served as a Hearing Officer for the Office of Residential Tenancies. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, with a minor in Computer Science, from the University of Calgary in 2005 and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Saskatchewan in 2008, and was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 2009.
