About Tom

Tom joined McTague Law Firm in 1990 and became a partner in 1995. He heads the commercial litigation department, focusing on commercial litigation for financial, institutional, corporate and insurance clients, and also handles construction litigation with an emphasis on construction liens. His practice covers civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, insurance law, banking litigation, severe personal injury and disability insurance litigation, municipal and estate litigation, and debtor/creditor and automobile supplier litigation. He earned a BA from the University of Windsor in 1985 and his LL.B. there in 1988, and was admitted to the Ontario bar in 1990.
