About Tino

Tino Perruzza is a lawyer and workplace investigator whose focus includes workplace investigations, human rights matters, and respect-in-the-workplace training. He has played an active role in addressing human rights and accommodation issues, helping employers implement workplace policies, and investigating allegations of misconduct. Tino was called to the Ontario Bar in 2021 and holds an Honours B.A. in Humanities from the University of Toronto along with a J.D. from the University of Ottawa. Growing up as the son of small-business owners exposed him early to workplace dynamics and shaped his interest in helping employers and employees resolve conflict.
