About Timothy

Timothy Schober practices business law, wills and estates, and real estate, with a focus on estate planning, incorporations, business acquisitions, and commercial real estate transactions. He manages corporate and trust structures for more than 100 health professionals and is known throughout British Columbia for establishing physician group corporate structures, and he has handled more than 100 foreclosures and workouts, including coordinating receiver appointments that recovered funds while preserving jobs. He has been a guest lecturer and contributing author to practice manuals for the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC, a guest instructor for the Law Society's Professional Legal Training Course, and a sessional lecturer in real property at the University of Victoria Faculty of Law. He has practiced in Victoria throughout his career, provided pro bono services through the Access Pro Bono Society of British Columbia, and volunteered for years at an inner-city elementary school.
