About Jasleen

Jasleen Kaur is the founder and principal lawyer at Jhita Law Professional Corporation. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences and her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Guru Nanak Dev University in Amritsar, India, and was admitted to the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana in 2017, practicing family law and service law before the Punjab and Haryana High Court. After moving to Ontario, she gained experience in immigration and real estate law before being admitted to the Law Society of Ontario in 2024, when she directed her focus to family law. Her practice now covers family law, real estate law, and immigration law, and she serves clients in Punjabi, Hindi, English, and Urdu.
