About Timothy

Timothy (Tim) Lach has practiced Labour & Employment law with Taylor McCaffrey since 2018, following earlier experience at another firm and as in-house counsel for a public sector organization. He was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1998 after earning his B.Sc., LL.B. and B.A. from the University of Manitoba. His litigation practice covers civil litigation and administrative law, with an emphasis on employment, disability, human rights and labour matters, and he has represented both employers and employees before all levels of Manitoba Court. Tim has chaired the Manitoba Bar Association's Administrative Law Section and has volunteered extensively, including as a mentor for young lawyers and in leadership roles at his church.
