About Kimberly
Kimberly focuses her practice on family law, including custody, access, child and spousal support, adoptions and separation agreements, and has served for more than a decade as a legal panel member for the Office of the Children's Lawyer. She also practises labour and employment law, with an interest in workplace investigations and privacy matters, and has extensive experience drafting policy documents for non-profits and institutions. Kimberly earned a BA from Lakehead University (1997), an LLB from the University of Manitoba (2000), a further Honours BA from Lakehead (2002) and an Entrepreneur Certificate from Lakehead (2017). She was called to the bar in 2003 and joined Weilers in 2019. She has served as the Thunder Bay Law Association's appointee on the City of Thunder Bay's Heritage Advisory Committee.
