About Cheryl

Cheryl D'Sa, KC is a litigator, mediator, and managing partner of Narwal Litigation LLP, who has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia. She was appointed King's Counsel in December 2023 and currently serves as Second Vice-President of the Law Society of British Columbia, having been an elected Bencher since May 2020. She was the first visible minority female President of the Vancouver Bar Association and has received a Business in Vancouver Top 40 Under 40 award and the Female Trailblazer of the Year Excellence Award from Canadian Lawyer Magazine. She holds a BA and LLB from the University of British Columbia and has been an active mentor through the Canadian Bar Association's BC Branch mentorship programs.
