Tiffany is an associate practising primarily in employment law and litigation, having represented clients before the Supreme Court and Provincial Court of British Columbia. Before joining Pushor Mitchell, she gained broad experience in employment law, family law, creditor remedies, civil litigation, builders lien matters, foreclosures and estate litigation, and worked in law-adjacent roles with an Australian federal industrial tribunal and union before returning to British Columbia in 2020. Born and raised in Victoria, BC, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Pacific and Asian Studies from the University of Victoria and a Juris Doctor from Bond University in Queensland, Australia, along with a Certificate in Conflict Resolution specializing in mediation from the Justice Institute of British Columbia. She was admitted to practise law in Victoria, Australia in 2010 and was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2024.
