About Tiffany

Tiffany Anderson is an associate in Stewart McKelvey's Fredericton office. The practice covers general and commercial litigation, corporate transactions, insurance, corporate reorganizations, and mergers and acquisitions. Anderson assists clients with corporate acquisitions through all stages of a transaction, helps accountants implement corporate reorganizations, and supports financial institutions and lenders in debt financing transactions. Anderson also prepares fact chronologies, mediation briefs, and opinion letters for insurance clients across all stages of commercial litigation. Anderson earned a JD from the University of New Brunswick Faculty of Law in 2021 and a BA with first-class honours from the same university in 2016, and was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2022.
