About Tia
Tia Eisner is a senior associate at Torys focusing on corporate law, particularly securities work, private equity, and M&A. She counsels clients through acquisitions and divestitures in both public and private markets, along with joint ventures and shareholder or partnership arrangements. Much of her experience involves cross-border and domestic deals, especially transactions tied to the infrastructure, energy, and mining industries. Before her current role, Tia spent time as a legal aid intern with Legal Aid Cambodia, researching areas of Cambodian law and drafting case study reports.
