About Thomas

Thomas D. Hunter is a solicitor with SV Law's Business Law, Real Estate, and Wills & Estates groups. He advises businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, charities, and non-profit organizations on corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, financings, and commercial agreements. He was called to the bar in 2022. He sits on the board of directors of the Keep Your Head Up Foundation, a charity supporting traumatic brain injury recovery, and on the board of trustees of the Elliot Community. He belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Wellington Law Association, and the Waterloo Region Law Association.
