About Ray

Ray is a senior associate in the business, financial services, and real estate groups, with an emphasis on secured lending, mergers and acquisitions, sales of businesses, and corporate reorganizations. His real estate work covers acquisition, financing, and development of commercial, industrial, and multi-family properties. He earned his J.D. from Western in 2017 and was called to the bar in 2018.
