About Theo
Theo Lawson practices in corporate, commercial, and real estate law at GSD Law Group. He is an internationally trained lawyer from Ghana with more than fifteen years of experience in commercial matters including contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance, as well as personal injury, family law, and commercial litigation. He obtained his law degree in Ghana in 2001, worked at several prominent Ghanaian law firms, and founded his own firm there in 2011 before relocating to Canada, where he completed his articles with GSD Law Group in 2022 and rejoined the firm in 2023.
