About Bhupinder
Bhupinder Dhaliwal is a founding partner of GSD Law Group practicing primarily in immigration, corporate, and refugee law, including family and spousal sponsorships, super visas, work permits, LMIAs, Express Entry, and Alberta Provincial Nominee applications. He has appeared before various Immigration and Refugee Board tribunals, including the Immigration Division, the Immigration Appeal Division, the Refugee Protection Division, and the Refugee Appeal Division, and has handled appeals of refused immigration and refugee applications. He was admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in 2014.
