About Terry

Terry earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan in 1989 and a Bachelor of Laws with distinction from the same university in 1990, where he served as president of the Law Students' Association. He joined Leland Kimpinski as a partner in 1995, focusing on corporate and commercial matters, lending, landlord and tenant law, and real estate. He was designated Queen's Counsel in January 2010 and was inducted into the Junior Achievement Business Hall of Fame in 2003. He has been active in the Canadian Bar Association, including a term on its National Council from 2007 to 2011, and taught commercial law at the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology. His community involvement has included the Saskatoon Symphony Society, Junior Achievement, St. Ann's Senior Citizens' Village, and St. Paul's Hospital, along with activity in federal and provincial politics.
