About Caitlin

Caitlin has practised at Leland Kimpinski since 2011 and became a partner in 2016. She focuses on estates and estate administration, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives, along with commercial, residential, and farm real estate, business and corporate law, and reproductive law matters such as surrogacy and donor agreements. She sits as a member-at-large on the National CBA Wills, Estates and Trusts Section and speaks regularly for the Estate Planning Council. Outside work, she swims, practises yoga, and volunteers at a local educational centre.
