About Oluwadamilola
Oluwadamilola Asuni, known as Dami, began his legal career in Nigeria before moving to Canada to pursue further legal education. He earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Saskatchewan and was licensed to practice law in Canada in 2021. Before founding Crest Attorneys in 2022, he worked as a lawyer in both a criminal law firm and an immigration law firm, and also served as in-house counsel for an agricultural company. His practice concentrates on complex Canadian immigration matters, including removal orders, misrepresentation inadmissibility findings, pre-removal risk assessments, judicial review, and writs of mandamus to compel delayed IRCC decisions. Having immigrated to Canada from a developing country himself, he says that experience shapes his approach to representing clients facing similar immigration challenges.
